We will arrange for assistance in your job search, which includes steps such as helping you with Intake and assigning a Counselor for you, who will provide one to one counseling and guidance on: Career planning Resume preparation, customizing resumes & targeted applications Mock interview prep before your real interview Mentoring and Networking events Job fairs and prescreening, job matching, placements etc Job offer negotiations help if needed Helping you to retain that job Follow up for a year and support once you start a job. Even after you are hired, we will remain in touch and help you with holding on to or retaining that job, if needed Employment Ontario Program assists job seekers in strengthening their independent job search (through resume review, interview prep, network strategies, etc) to be more marketable in the workforce.
